प्राकृतिक चिकित्सा के साथ ही योग चिकित्सा जिसमें प्रतिदिन जलाना, कुंजल, आसन, प्राणायाम करना शामिल था। मेरा डिप्रेशन 10 दिनों में एकदम चला गया और मेरा स्वाभाव भी बिल्कुल सामान्य हो गया। प्राकृतिक चिकित्सा एवं योग के प्रति मेरे विश्वास में वृद्धि हुई है।

प्राकृतिक चिकित्सा के पहले दिन पहुंचा तब मेरी शुगर Fasting 199 थी वहां डॉक्टर साहब की सलाह एवं चिकित्सा पद्धति के प्रभाव से चौथे दिन ही मेरी शुगर फास्टिंग 125 आ गई थी उस दौरान मेरी दवाईयां भी बंद करा दी गई थी। अब नियमित डाइट प्लान एवं योगासन के कारण मेरी शुगर फास्टिंग टेस्ट 100 आई है। मुझे बहुत ही आराम एवं सकून मिला है। भगवान से यही कामना करता हूं कि अब इसी रास्ते पर मैं आगे बढ़ता चला जाऊं।
